Exclusive chalet with tiled stove, free WiFi, outdoor jacuzzi and spa facilities for common use (outdoor-sauna, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin), located just a few meters from the slopes in the heart of the Hochfügen ski area. Hochfügen is perfectly connected to the ski area Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach (SKi-optimal). Built in 2015, the 3-floors chalet offers a stylish and modern equipment – the use of high-quality materials from the region, such as wood and stone, gives the chalet its special alpine charm.
The ground floor provides two bedrooms, one with flat screen TV. There is a spacious bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. The bright and comfortable living and dining area on the 2nd floor is the house's heart. Open kitchen and dining table, which can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Relax on the cosy lounge sofa by the warm tiled stove (electrically heated), with Flat-TV and sound system. Free WiFi via Fibreglass High Speed Internet is available. Access to the balcony and the terrace with table and charcoal grill. The entrance area is also located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor there are two bedrooms, one with flat screen TV. Moreover, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

There are 3 neighbouring houses of this chalet type. All of them with an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace (up to 6 pers.) which can be booked for a fee: ~280 EUR / week (subject to change without notice; if desired, please specify when booking). For all three chalets together, there is also a Finnish outdoor sauna (barrel sauna) for max. 6 persons in the garden, which can be used free of charge at specific times.

The spa area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation area is for common use (free of charge; in winter daily, in summer on request); it is located in the apartment house which is about 50 m away. Here you will also find the ski room with electric ski boot dryer. Raclette/Fondue set for rent (reservation required).
Occupancy with 9 persons possible (one child in extra bed), supplement for additional person ~50 EUR / week (plus extra charges; subject to change without notice); please specify when booking.

In the winter season, the rustic Alm-restaurant with sun terrace, which is located directly on the slopes and about 100 m away from the chalets, offers traditional and international food as well as some snacks. A breakfast can also be booked (in the apartment house, reservation required, only in winter); children reduced.

The small ski station Hochfügen provides within walking distance four restaurants, two après-ski bars, three ski rental stations, three ski schools, an ATM at the cash desk and a guest kindergarten.
The centre of Fügen is about 20 minutes away by car; there are shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Bus to the centre free of charge (stop ~300 m).

Altitude Chalet ~1500 m, top of the ski slopes 2.378 m. Distance to the "Holzalm"-slope ~80 m; this slope leads to the 6-seater chair lift "Holzalm", which brings you into the heart of the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85.6 km of slopes, 5.1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area. Tracks for ski tours, snowshoe hiking, a 9-km high-altitude cross-country ski trail as well as a daily-lit natural toboggan run are further highlights in Hochfügen.

Summer Info
The Chalet provides a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The Ziller Valley offers over 800 km routes for Mountain bikers and cyclists. Various swimming lakes and outdoor pools can be explored. Golf club with 18-hole championship course (65 ha). Free use of the regional bus. During the summer season a stay from 3 nights is possible.
