Beautifully located chalet with open fireplace, sauna/steam bath, outdoor hot tub and free WiFi. The chalet combines a modern Alpine style with traditional wooden features. On arrival you will find a welcome basket of local organic products. On the ground floor is the spacious and bright living-/ dining area with sofa and fireplace with glass. The kitchen is very well equipped. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower, washbasin and WC). Direct access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Tennengebirge. Upstairs is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower + washbasin + WC). You will surely relax in the spa area with sauna (steam option) and large panoramic windows. From the sauna area you can go to the garden (surrounded by meadows and forests) or enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi.
Distance to the centre of St. Martin ~ 2000 m. The versatile ski and holiday resort has various shops, après-ski pubs and a bank. Distance to the centre of Annaberg in Lammertal approx. 6000 m. Here you will find more shops, après-ski pubs as well as a bank, the post office and the ski school.

Altitude chalet ~ 1200 m, altitude ski area 1620 m.
The ski slope is approx. 6 km away, it is part of the top ski area Dachstein-West with 51 km of slopes and 23 lifts and mountain railways. You will also find fun slopes and a freestyle snow park. The Panorama Skitour leads 44 km along the Dachstein. The ski pass association Dachstein West consists of 7 regions and ~ 160 km of slopes. Distance to the cross-country ski run approx. 2 km.

Summer Info
The chalet has garden furniture and a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains. St. Martin has a lot to offer in the summer, especially the various hiking and mountain biking tours.

In summer, 2 high-quality e-mountain bikes are provided free of charge for stays of 7 nights or more. Relax, for example, in the lake St. Martin, which is about 2 km away. A little further away are also opportunities for fishing, golfing and tennis.
